We’re always talking about how WILD our specials are, and usually it’s because Chef Jim and the Wildcrew are always pushing the boundaries with creative menu options. In the month of September, our specials are literally wild – wild game that is! Read on and mark your calendar for a visit to snag one of these tasty specials.
Week 1 – September 1-7, 2022
Grilled Venison burger with raspberry-chipotle sauce, white cheddar and bacon on a butter toasted bun.
Week 2 – September 8-14, 2022
Grilled Nilgai Antelope with black pepper and sea salt, sauteed peppers onions and mushrooms, swiss cheese, and smoky aioli. Served on toasted marble rye bread.
Week 3 – September 15-21, 2022
Grilled Bison burger stuffed with fresh jalapeno, bacon and cream cheese, topped with shredded cabbage and served on a toasted pretzel bun.
Week 4 – September 22-28, 2022
Grilled Emu topped with melted provolone cheese, chimichurri sauce, and grilled tomato. Served on toasted sourdough bread.
Week 5 – September 29-October 5, 2022
Grilled Bison, Elk, Waygu, and Boar spiced and topped with blue cheese gremolata, lettuce and tomato. Served on a toasted pretzel bun.
