Lightly battered Mahi Mahi with pickled jalapeño slaw, and topped with Baja sauce.


Steak Tacos with Charred Salsa

March 7th - March 13th

Thinly sliced steak topped with charred salsa and chipotle sour cream sauce.


Shrimp Tostadas

March 14th - March 20th

Crispy fried corn tortillas, ranchero dressed shredded lettuce, and chimichurri aioli tossed grilled shrimp. Garnished with diced tomatoes, onions, and crumbled queso fresco.


Chicken Quesabirra Tacos

March 21 - March 27

Braised and pulled chicken cooked in a Spanish flavored broth, served in a folded seasoned tortilla with melted cheese, onion, and cilantro. Served with a traditional consume dipping sauce.


Korean Cauliflower Tacos

March 28th - April 3rd

Roasted cauliflower tossed in a Korean BBQ sauce. Flanked by bib lettuce, drizzled with Yum Yum sauce, and topped with pickled veggies. Served on corn tortillas. GF.
