We’re serving up a new taco variety every single week this March – so get your hands on these seriously good tacos while they last!
Week 1: Coconut Shrimp Taco
Coconut shrimp topped with mango, pico de gallo, pickled carrots, and queso fresco. Served with a side or as a bowl over cilantro rice.
Week 2: Mesquite Chicken Tacos
Braised chicken cooked in mesquite spices, topped with sweet corn, pico de gallo, queso fresco, red onions, and lettuce. Served with a side or as a bowl over cilantro rice.
Week 3: Steak Tacos
Grilled steak, topped with pickled onion, fresh cilantro, tomatoes, and queso fresco. Served with a side or as a bowl over cilantro rice.
Week 4: Avocado-Mahi Tacos
Battered mahi-mahi topped with sliced avocado, queso fresco, pickled carrots, and cabbage. Drizzled with chile-lime aioli. Served with a side or as a bowl over cilantro rice.
All Month Long: Sweet Potato Tostada
Sweet potato flat bread topped with black bean purée, queso fresco, peppers, red onions, tomatoes, and avocado.
