Marinated pork chop grilled and topped with caramelized, melted gouda cheese and a tart cherry sauce. All on a toasted pretzel bun and served with served with spaetzle and sauerkraut.
Pounded chicken coated with fresh breadcrumbs, pan fried, then topped with Hunter sauce. Served with Spätzles & Sauerkraut.
