Week #1: Greek Salad with Shrimp
Crisp romaine lettuce, with Greek salad and grilled shrimp.
Week #2 – B.L.T Salad
Romaine lettuce, crisp bacon, grape tomatoes, croutons, asiago cheese, toasted almonds, and Dijon vinaigrette.
Week #3 – Bruschetta Salad
Fresh mozzarella, basil, romaine lettuce, and grape tomatoes. Topped with balsamic vinegar and served with a breadstick.
Week #4 – Thai-Crunch Salad
Crunchy noodles, red peppers, cilantro, scallions, grilled chicken, cabbage, and romaine lettuce with sweet and spicy Thai dressing.
Week #5 – Black and Blue Salad
Cajun seared beef tips, served over mix greens with peppers, onions, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing.
