We can’t help but owe our award to our incredible Wildcrew, specifically our kitchen crew. To honor one of the men behind it all, our Chef, Roberto, is taking over our June specials menu. We’re bringing you all his favorite, savory creations all month long. Here’s what he’s got in store 👇
Sizzlin’ Southwest Burger
Grilled burger with melted pepper jack cheese, sautéed jalapeños, avocado, and stuffed onion rings. Served on a toasted bianco bun with a pile of fries.
Black and Bleu Salad
Cajun seared beef tips served over mix greens with peppers, onions, blue cheese crumbles, and tomatoes. Topped with with blue cheese dressing.
Stuffed burger with chipotle cream cheese and bacon jam. Served on a toasted bianco bun with lettuce and tomato.
The Cheesiest Cheesesteak Sandwich.
Toasted Hoagie bun with a smear of chipotle cream cheese. Topped with seared steak tips and melted provolone and pepper-jack cheese. Served with tater tots.
Colonel Mustard’s Chicken Melt
Toasted sourdough with melted Swiss and grilled chicken and stoneground honey mustard sauce. Served with cottage cheese
