Fried Alligator with Peach Remoulade
Marinated with buttermilk and fried crispy. Served with sweet and spicy peach remoulade.
Cornmeal breaded crawfish with cilantro lime slaw. Served with Cajun tots.
Cajun Steak Sandwich
Toasted hoagie with Cajun steak tips melted Fontina cheese, sautéed peppers and onions, and arugula. Served with Cajun tots.
Spicy Crab Melt
Toasted flatbread with BigBird sauce, Gruyere cheese, pickle onions, and crab meat. Served with Cajun tots.
Chicken and Andouille Gumbo
Fresh gumbo served with white rice and a garlic bread stick.
Catfish & Jambalaya
Crispy fried catfish served with shrimp and sausage jambalaya.
Made-from-scratch chocolate chip bread pudding in a sweet Kentucky bourbon sauce. Topped with creamy vanilla ice cream.
King Cake Float
Vanilla ice cream, Fireball, and Bailey’s. Finished with a sugar rim and whipped cream.
