From Kegs to Cocktails… Sip Happens

Some days call for a cold beer. Other days demand cocktails with a little personality. Whether you’re stopping in for brunch vibes, happy hour hangs, or a nightcap that accidentally turns into two, our drink lineup is built to match the moment.

Brunch, But Make It Bubbly

If brunch had a spirit animal, it would be the Wildwood Mimosa. It’s bright, refreshing, and always ready to start the day on the right note.

Wildwood MimosaWe keep the classic fruity flavors you love and add a few fun twists, so whether you’re in an adventurous mood or sticking to tradition, there’s a glass with your name on it:

  • Mango-orange
  • Strawberry-orange
  • Pomegranate-orange
  • Pineapple
  • Grapefruit
  • Orange juice (classic!)

Brunch of champions? We’ll let you decide.

Classic Cocktails with a Wild Twist

Some well-loved libations never go out of style, but they do get better with a little creativity.

Our Wildwood Old Fashioned is a perfect example. We took the timeless favorite and gave it a nudge into bold territory with Russell’s 6-year rye, a subtle absinthe wash, simple syrup, black walnut bitters, cherry bark bitters, and (of course) the right cherry to finish it off. It’s smooth, layered, and meant to be sipped slowly… even if you’re tempted not to.

Wildwood Bloody MaryAnd then there are our Bloody Marys. These are not just a drink, but a commitment. Each one comes with a skewer stacked high with gherkin, cheese, olive, and salami (because balance is important). And it’s not just one bloody to go with, but three totally tomato-y options to pick between:

  • Bold Bloody – our house-made mix with lemon, lime, garlic, Worcestershire, and buffalo sauce
  • Spicy Mary – the Bold mix turned up a notch with chipotle peppers
  • Caesar – a Canadian classic, Wildwood-style, with a 50/50 blend of our Bold mix and Clamato

Signature Sips Worth Talking About

Some drinks are ordered. Others find you. Our signature cocktails were built for whichever mood you walked in with, and a few you didn’t know you had yet.

For the Refreshing & Easygoing CrowdBlackberry Mint Lemonade cocktails

If crisp, bright, and “one-more-sip” is your speed, these tend to disappear quickly:

  • Blackberry Mint Lemonade — Traditionalist Bourbon meets lemonade, blackberry syrup, and mint. Light, refreshing, and dangerously drinkable.
  • Lemon & Luck — Pick between Jameson or Jameson Orange with St Germain, sweet and sour, and topped with sparkling water and a lemon garnish. A little sparkle never hurt anyone.
  • Royal Tea — Crown Peach, Deep Eddy Sweet Tea, lemonade, and a splash of Starry. Familiar, but elevated.

For the Sweet-With-a-Twist FansThat One Drink cocktails

If you’re more into a glass that’s balanced, fruity, and just a touch indulgent, we’ve got some cocktails for you:

  • That One Drink — Absolut Citron, peach schnapps, sweet & sour, cranberry, finished with Starry. If you’ve had it once, you know.
  • Coconut Strawberry — 1800 Coconut Tequila, triple sec, lime juice, sweet & sour, and strawberry purée. Vacation energy in a glass.

For Those Who Like It a Little Darker

Blackberry Darkness cocktails

If you’re someone who thinks the villains are always more interesting, try this drink with bold flavors and serious character:

  • Blackberry Darkness — Gin, blackberry brandy, sweet & sour, and Starry. A little moody, a little mysterious, fully intentional.

Wine Down (We Won’t Judge)

Wine doesn’t need to be complicated to be good. We keep a thoughtful, crowd-pleasing rotation of reds and whites that are easy to enjoy whether you’re pairing with dinner, sipping solo, or starting with “just one glass” during Wild Hour.

You’ll find crisp whites when you want something light and refreshing, and smooth reds when you’re in the mood for something a little deeper. No overthinking required. Just pour, sip, repeat.

Kegs, Cans & Everything in Between

Of course, we didn’t forget where we started. From local brews and regional favorites to name brands you know and love, our tap and bottle selection is constantly changing – sometimes daily, sometimes by location.

Because what’s pouring in Byron might not be exactly what’s pouring in Rochester, we keep our drink lists updated as close to real time as possible.Check out what’s currently available:

Wild Hour: When Sip Happens the Most

Every day from 2–6pm (and all day Sunday), we turn things a little more… wild.

Wild Hour is our happy hour, featuring stellar deals on the drinks you love, whether that’s a cold beer, a mouthwatering mule or margarita, or a glass of wine to wind the day down. It’s the perfect excuse to swing by earlier than planned or stay a little longer than intended.

Final Sip

No matter what’s in your glass – beer, bubbles, bourbon, or something a little unexpected – our goal stays the same: good drinks, good times, and zero pressure to choose just one favorite.

Because at Wildwood… sip happens.
